This video, produced by the Healthy City Group, with support from PepsiCo and the Inter-American Development Bank shows in just three minutes, the film story of two lives, women recyclers, and differences in quality of life, for access to formality and staying informal, the video alludes to the opportunity of the formalization of recyclers in the framework of Law 29419 which regulates the activity of the recyclers in Peru, which is the first law in the world, in regulating this activity.
