Defined as process through which individuals identify opportunities, allocate resources, and create value describes what waste pickers are. Entrepreneurs see “problems” as “opportunities,” then take action to identify the solutions to those problems. Every effort that the waste pickers are putting into being more efficient in their work as well as looking for solution to organize themselfes better are entrepreneurial activities.

Pyrolysis is the thermo chemical decomposition of organic material in the absence of oxygen. Solid wastes contain carbon in them which could be chemically transformed into Fuel Oil.
